Simulation injection moulding

We simulate the production of parts made from plastic materials at a very early stage of the design process with the software Moldflow. Thus we can find out if it is possible to produce this part and how complex the production is.

We opmize the shape from the beginning and ikeep in mind the injection moulding process. E.g. we integrate thin areas to move the weakening weld lines in areas that are not visible or in areas with a lower stress level.		 We ensure the demoldability with a draft analysis that we make on every plastic part.

With this procedures we guaranty that the parts that we develop are as easy as possible to produce and that we don´t get any unexpected problems during production that will prolong the time to market.
