Based on a sketch we generate 3d data by Solidworks, a high-performance CAD system. In case your idea is not yet ready to produce we will help you find a practicable solution, even for highly complex problems.
Using rapid prototyping and finite element analysis we are able to examine if the virtual product fits with the requirements of the target group in respect of design, functionality and endurance.To ensure functionality we simulate complex kinematic connections or design space problems by CosmosMotion.

To design products made from plastics we simulate the production process with Moldflow.

We assist you in production planning and communication with your suppliers.
In case your prototypes are not ready at catalogue deadlines we can provide renderings made on the basis of the available 3d data.
